Open Question: I need help to choose a name for a slightly crazy person?

Okay, so she's only SLIGHTLY crazy. She says the weirdest things like "Birds are so free." randomly and stuff. She hums to herself and whenever anyone asks about it, she'll reply "Because I wanna fly free." She's also obsessed with birds and being free. She's going to become the main character's best friend when the main character - Natalie - is sent to a mental hospital. Natalie meets this person, and at first, Natalie steers clear of her.
